I am not able to access the adobe acrobat app in either my iPhone or my iPad. I have deleted the app, deleted cache, rebooted and reinstalled app and it still crashes. The opening page will come on for a second and then crashes. Can someone please help as this app is needed for work. I have a iPhone 16 pro max and an IPad Pro 18.5.

I am also having the same issue as of the last hour. The adobe acrobat app keeps crashing on my iPad and my iPhone. I've deleted app and rebooted but no luck. Is this a back of the house adobe issue?

I am experiencing the same problem with my iPhone and IPad. But the adobe apps seem to run smoothly in my MacBook for some reason.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with opening files in Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Do you see the crash with a specific file? If so, could you tell us which cloud you are using when accessing the file?
Also, does the app crash if you try to open any file from your local storage?
Please share the below information for further investigation:
1. The app version number of Acrobat you are using (go to Home > Profile > About Acrobat);
2. A screen recording of the vent for better understanding;
3. The sample file you experienced the crash with for us to test the issue in-house.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Souvik.

The file was uploaded to Adobe storage using my Windows pc. Adobe version number 2025.001.20577 | 64bit
I was attempting to access the file through Adobe reader on my Ipad which has the latest version of Adobe. It will indeed open older files but not this one that I uploaded to the cloud. Thanks.

Hi there,
We hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you're having trouble opening the file on your iPad.
Since the file was uploaded to Adobe cloud storage from your Windows PC using version 2025.001.20577 (64-bit), and it opens fine there but not on your iPad, a few things could be causing the issue:
1. File Compatibility: Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Try with a different PDF file (Newly added) and check for the issue. It's possible the file is supported on desktop but not fully supported on mobile yet.
2. Sync Issue: Sometimes, the file may not have synced properly to the cloud. Try re-uploading the file from your PC or rename and save a new copy, then check again on the iPad.
3. App Cache: Try signing out and back into your Adobe account on your iPad and check if that helps.
4. File Complexity: If the file has a complex structure (XFA form), it might fail to load on mobile.
Let us know how it goes.
