Issue sending a File [PDF to WhatsApp]

After the last update for iPhone on August 1st (Version 23.07.00)  when sending a Document, the receiving party doesn't receive the document but a link asking to download the Acrobat Reader app. This is happening when sharing on WhatsApp.

It seems like a bug from the recent iPhone update, causing documents to be sent as links instead. There's no official fix yet, but you might want to try WhatsApp Plusv 18.30. It offers enhanced file-sharing features, which could help. Hopefully, WhatsApp releases a fix soon. Keep an eye out for updates from WhatsApp that might fix the issue soon, but WhatsApp Plus might be a good temporary solution for now.

Adobe does not own PDF — they created it, then gave it away to an ISO close to 20 years ago and other companies can make PDFs. When you create a PDF on WhatsApp, Adobe is not involved. You'll need to contact WhatsApp support, as this is not an Adobe issue.

I didn't explain myself correctly.

About a week ago and before I was able to import PDF files to Adobe, modify them or sign them and then I was able to "send a copy" of that file through Adobe into WhatsApp.  

What is happening now is when I select "send a copy" Adobe instead of sending a copy of the edited PDF file it sends a link to the recipient to download Adobe reader.  

I was using the "send a copy" with no issues before, but now I am unable to send a copy of the file, instead it sends a link.

Hopefully that clarifies the issue.

That's exactly what's happening with me. And I also cant't restore the signature. Adobe says there's no active signature! But I'm paying for it. Is there someone in Adobe to help?

I tried uninstalling the app, all apps (WhatsApp, Adobe) are on their latest version. But, still when trying to send a PDF through WhatsApp instead of sending the document, it sends a link to download Adobe.

Contacté con el soporte de Adobe y me aconsejaron desinstalar, instalar y reiniciar el iPhone antes de abrir Adobe. Resultado negativo, sigo sin poder enviar pdf por WhatsApp. Hay que esperar un update que resuelva el problema. Mientras tanto corre el tiempo de disfrute? de la subscrición.

Fiz o mesmo procedimento e não funcionou. Acabei de receber a cobrança da
renovação, isso funciona muito bem!
Sigo sem conseguir enviar PDFs por whatsapp e a Adobe não me responde!
