Mobile App - Not Locking on Signature

Noticed something interesting when making a fillable pdf and setting the option that the document requires a signature. It works and locks the document on the desktop version but the same document is editable on the Mobile App. Any suggestions?

Thanks, it kinda works, but it defeats the purpose. We are setting up student assessments with fillable fields, students sign and upload to our LMS. On the desktop version of Adobe it works great as after signing the fillable fields are locked. But the locking does not work on the Mobile App. The Adobe Fill and Sign does not recognise the fillable fields created with Adobe DC Pro
