My adobe acrobat app can't log in automatically

帐号登录后，关闭app，再次打开app就必须重新登录。而adobe scan却不要重新登录。

As you have mentioned above, you cannot log in to the application again after closing it once.

Could you please confirm, if you are referring that the application does not keep you logged in?

If that is the case, please provide us some details as asked below:

- Please confirm if you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader or the Adobe Scan application

- Share the exact version of the application.

- What is the make and model of the device? Also, let us know the OS version on the device.

Did you update the application to the latest version?

Please confirm the Application version installed on both the device.

Does one plus 6t have the same Android version?

Also, please confirm if you are referring that the issue occurs with the Adobe Scan as well.

Or if you are referring that the Adobe Scan works fine and stay logged in?

我另外一台手机（oneplus 6t Android 9.0）也是一样的情况。都是最新版app。
