No sync from local path on a device to another device or to the cloud without iTunes :-/

Yeah, you mean:

1. Select each file in a folder with depth 1;
2. Save them to the Adobe Document Cloud;
3. Create a folder in the Adobe Document Cloud with the same name as the local folder;
4. Select each file in the Adobe Document Cloud;
5. Move them to the folder just created;
6. Repeat the process (1-6) for every folder with depth 1 on the device Local storage;
7. Repeat the process (1-7) for every subfolder proceeding per depth (2,3,4,…);
8. Open the another device to sync from Adobe Document Cloud to the Local storage (because you need them also offline);
9. Select each file in a Cloud folder with depth 1;
10. Save them to the Local storage;
11. Create a folder in the Local storage with the same name as the Adobe Document Cloud;
12. Select each file in the Local storage;
13. Move them to the folder just created;
14. Repeat the process (9-14) for every folder with depth 1 on the Adobe Document Cloud;
15. Repeat the process (9-15) for every subfolder proceeding per depth (2,3,4,…);
16. Repeat the process (1-16) for every device whose offline storage you need to sync.
