Overlapping Text in Adobe Acrobat in iPad

Hi, Adobe Support.

I'm encountering the overlapping text issue in editing forms in the Adobe Acrobat app on an iPad 9th gen and iPhone. Sometimes, it crashes as well.

I've read that this has been a recurring issue. Do you have any solution so far? I already tried reinstalling the app but still to no avail.

I've attached a video for your reference.

Thanks!

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.

We have addressed this issue in our latest app update, version 25.2.5. Please update the application from the App Store, then restart your device to apply the changes.

Once you've updated and rebooted your device, please check if the issue persists. If you continue to experience any problems, feel free to reach out, and we'd be happy to assist you further.

Hi, Amal.

Unfortunately, same issue occurs. I checked several iPads and all of them have the same issue even with the latest version.

Hoping you can fix this asap. A lot of our users depend on your app for their forms. Thank you!

I am also having the same issue. I haven't changed anything on my end with the forms I am using. The work fine on desktop but they have this overlapping issue on the ipad/iphone. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

I've run into the same issue.  I've not found any solution for this on my end so far.

Currently I've been forced to export files to Dropbox and editing them on my PC as the text quickly becomes illegible when editing large text fields.
