Can you share a copy of the original file with no sensitive data on it?
I would like to reproduce the issue on my end.
Please describe in more details what steps were you following that led to this.

In the Acrobat Mobile app I don't see any translating options.
What exaclty is the type of file Microsoft Word?
And did you mean to say when exporting or saving the Word document to a PDF from your mobile device Print function?

I was copy/paste-ing sentences.
BTW Microsoft keyboard has amazing translation process for text.

It is not Microsoft Office Exported pdf, at least I don't think so, I downloaded it from resume site I was in.
Since you mentioned that I do regret subscribing on this app after downloading docx format.

Well, most resume templates are furnished as .docx files.
You won't be able to view any type of file in Adobe Acrobat (or any PDF reader) unless the source document (such as a Microsoft Word file) is supported by the PDF editor and capable of exporting/importing such file(s) to a PDF document.
So, In order to view a .docx file with the Acrobat Mobile app a file conversion process must take place before you can even open it with the PDF editing software.
In addition, the language translator is also not related to the Acrobat Mobile app. I would like to try and reproduce the issue on my end.
Let me try.
Can you please share the link where you downloaded the resume document?
I would like to reproduce the same steps that you did, and if I am able to spot what happens on my end I can give you a better answer.
NOTE:
I am using the Acrobat Mobile app in an AndroidOS mobile device.

On second thought see here:
Is this problem happening even if you are signed in to you Microsoft account, amd have the Swiftkey app updated to its latest version, Rich input and Cloud Clipboard enabled?
Seem like the feture of syncing the clipboard history to the cloud is only available in Swiftkey for Android ( but I may be wrong).
It also says that Swiftkey will delete the Cloud Clipboard content after an hour.
Not sure if this is relevant, but IMO it is worth looking into.

I did replied to your before last reply but it's not showing now for some reason.
anyway, it's not Microsoft keyboard issue, since this also happened on my iPad mini.
I mentioned the method I used in that reply and I'll mention again.
I was selecting a segment till new line, of a text box.
Then copy/paste to Google translate and back to replace that segment with the translation in Arabic.
After some text boxes, next text box you select become just gray blank, and after you close and reopen that pdf, the mentioned issue happens,
note: when you review the file in another app it appears normal with the last edit before being blank.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble you experienced with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Adding to what @ls_rbls said and to re-check, the font that you are trying to copy-paste, is it supported with your device and works on any other writing application like Notes?
Also, have you checked the color of the font when trying to edit?
Please share the file with us here in the community to try and reproduce the issue at our end.
Look forward to hearing from you.
