I have lost viewings of pdf thumbnails in WhatsApp.

Hey there, I am also facing same problem, suddenly pdf thumbnails in WhatsApp message have stopped showing. What to do?

Attached a screenshot, preview thumbnails have stopped showing the pdf, instead it is showing just the file name, see the attachment

We have tested by removing the Reader mobile app from mobile and still, Whatsapp is not showing the thumbnail/preview. Could be some issue with the Whatsapp application.

OK, so final hope too died coz Whatsapp already said it's an issue with adobe and not them, and now adobe official said they also tried famous tech solution that is uninstall and reinstall but that didn't help. OK, so live with what you got.
