New Here ,
Dec 29, 2024 Dec 29, 2024

I have designed my card in adobe express and am trying to print it front, right inside and back. I added a blank page for the inside left page behind front page of card. Have tried several times to print and each print comes out wrong. Please help. This has been ongoing for 2 weeks with 3 different apps. Ugh!!!

Hi there

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had printing your card! Let me help you troubleshoot this so you can get the results you’re looking for.

Step-by-Step Solution:

1. Check the Page Order and Layout:
In Adobe Express, ensure that the pages are in the correct order for printing. Typically, the front cover should be followed by the inside left, then the inside right, and finally the back cover.

Verify this layout before saving or printing.

2. Export the File Correctly:

Export your card as a PDF and select the “Print” quality setting. This ensures all the pages are correctly aligned and in high resolution.

3. Use the Correct Print Settings:

  • Open the exported PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Go to the print menu and:
    • Select “Booklet” if you want a folded card layout.
    • Choose “Two-Sided Printing” (also known as duplex printing) and make sure it’s set to flip on the short edge for cards.

4. Check Printer Compatibility:
Ensure your printer is capable of double-sided printing and supports the card stock or paper type you are using. Check the printer’s manual or specifications for guidance.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please let me know the specific problems you’re encountering (e.g., misaligned pages, upside-down prints) or share the printer model you're using.
