for almost one week, I am not permitted to save any PDF file to my document cloud. And every time, I receive a the same message, shows up in red color as alert, that I can only use the document on my device.
pls advice what I shall do?

Could you please provide a few more details to understand the issue better?
1. Screenshot/ exact error message while saving the files on cloud?
2. iOS version?
3. App version?
Make sure that you have a working internet connection, if you are on mobile date switch to WiFi and vice versa. Also, make sure that the app is up to date.

I double checked and confirm that my Adobe version is updated

Thanks for providing the screenshot. As we can see this is not an error message, it is a confirmation that your PDF is saved to document cloud successfully and can be accessed on this device and any other device that you sign in with the same email.

Is it happening with a particular PDF or with other PDFs too? If possible, could you share the PDF with us to test?
