Push notifications not working in Account Access app

Hi,

 

Push notifications are not working anymore on my Adobe Account Access app. All the permissions are granted but I don't receive notifications anymore. I have removed and installed the app again but it didn't change anything. Does anyone know what to do?

    I'm experiencing the sam issue.

    On an iPhone 14, running iOS 16.5 and Adobe Account Access version 2.4
    When I open the ap manually it DOES display a couple of buttons that I can click, but having to open the app that way takes away from the ease of use it used to have.

      I have the same Issue. It used to work without problems but since a while I don't get push notifications anymore. Did anyone find a solution?

       

      Not very practical if everyone with the same problem writes in private to the support...
