This resembles a typical case for Apple's masked email address, where the subscription was purchased using the masked ID while the login was done using the primary ID.
I suggest contacting Apple Support to check if the subscription from either IDs can be merged so you can use the features.

I checked the email address shared, but the subscription shows as canceled.
Please share a screenshot of your profile page from the App Store under Profile-> Purchase and subscriptions, where it shows the subscription active.
This will help me take it up with the team for further investigation.
