"Preparing shared copy..." pops up, but does not send on iPad

I have adobe reader on my iPad and when I try to send a fillable form to an email, a pop up box comes up saying "Preparing shared copy of file, We'll let you know when it's ready.". The box then goes away and the PDF is not sent. Sometimes a second box will pop up saying "We couldn't prepare the shared copy of XXX.pdf. Please try sharing the file again.". Either way it doesn't send the file.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue that you are unable to send a fillable form to an email. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. iOS version?

2. Application version?

3. If possible, could you attach the file?

 

As we have tried to reproduce the issue with few files but it is working fine. Kindly update the application to the latest version and then try to send it again.

The issue is happening on both iPad IOS version 14 and version 15. The issue happens on both the most recent update (21.09.01) and the previous version. I will attach a copy of one of the files but this is happening across multiple files. It happens to fillable forms and plain PDF's.

I was able to share 9 times to my email and now it stopped working.  There used to be a tone every time I sent.  Now nothing happens.  The file never shows up in my yahoo inbox.

Have you checked logging in to https://assets.adobe.com/files/ and checked the lower left of the screen to see available space on your account?

 

This could be a major reason to why the copy couldn't be uploaded and a share link not created.
