“Read only” or “password protected”

There is some funky email address on my account page and all of my files are now "read only," which I did not do, and were "password protected" which I also did not do, before I reinstalled the app on iOS.

Kindly sign out and sign in back using the same email that you have used earlier, then try to open PDFs.
