Reading important documents!

For as expensive as this program is, why am I experiencing issues with reading my unemployment documents!!!!!!!! It's annoying, and now I cannot access ANY of the important documents I need! Get it together, and make Adobe support ALL documents used by government agencies!!

Atleast I'm not the only one I have unemployment documents to open and I can't I haven't figured it out yet have you? Help!!!
