@coral_vanessa_7510 you can canceled your plan on adobe.com,  https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html  But, if you purchased elsewhere such as Google Play or Apple App Store, contact the store directly. Adobe dosn't have access to those accounts and billings
