Refund issue

Today 2500rs money debited from my account for one year subscription.  Within 5 hours am cancelled that. When I get my refund. Can you please tell it. Urgently money needed for medical emergency.

If this is purchased was through Adobe.com, once the refund is successfully processed on Adobe's end, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account. But if this was purchased through the app store, Adobe does not have direct access to their private billing information or the ability to process cancellations and refunds directly. Adobe cannot directly cancel the subscription or issue a refund for purchases made through a third-party store.
