Hello Adobe Team,
My Adobe account email is <Removed by Moderator>.
I started a 7-day free trial of Adobe Acrobat on 29 October 2025 using Paytm UPI Autopay (<Removed by Moderator>).
On the same day (29 October 2025 at 12:12 PM), I immediately canceled the automatic payment.
However, ₹1450 was still deducted from my Paytm account.
Payment Details:
Amount: ₹1450
Date & Time: 29 October 2025, 12:11 PM
Payment Method: Paytm UPI Autopay
UPI Reference No: 704779023025
UMN: bffd10a597b44105b87033...
Please verify my account and kindly issue a refund since the payment was made on the same day I canceled the subscription.
I can provide screenshots or more details if needed.
Thank you for your
help.
Regards,
Mobarak Hosen

I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged ₹1450 and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour's time, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

Hello Adobe Team,
On 29 October 2025, I tried to start a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro using my Gmail account. While setting up the free trial, ₹1450 was automatically deducted from my Paytm account as auto-payment was enabled.
Right after subscribing, I immediately cancelled the auto-payment. I didn’t intend to buy the paid plan, I only wanted to use the free trial. Please issue a full refund.
Here are my details:
- Adobe Account Email: <Removed by Moderator>
- Payment Date: 29 October 2025
- Amount Charged: ₹1450
- Payment Method: Paytm (Auto Payment)
- Plan Status: Active till 29 November 2025
I request you to please cancel the subscription and refund the amount.
Thank you.
