Refund request

I subscribed to the 7 day free trial, but somehow I got charged 16.99€ and subscribed to the monthly premium instead. I canceled in less than an hour's time, for I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

Hello, many thanks for replying. I have canceled the plan yesterday(as soon as I saw that I subscribed to a monthly premium plan with no 7 day free trial in sight). I received yesterday the  confirmation email that my cancellation was successful, but no refund was mentioned in it. 

I should just wait for the new confirmation email from your team, correct?

I just updated my email. I canceled the subscription yesterday when I found out that I automatically get subscribed to the 1 year plan which is I no longer needed. Please do help. me get my refund please
