Requesting a refund

Signed up for Adobe app because I though I was getting a month long trial with no cost.  I canceled it right away because I realized that it's not what I was looking for.  Then I found that even though I canceled it and it was supposed to be a free trial I still got charged.  I've been getting the run around from Adobe and Google and all I want is a refund since I'm not interested in the app.  How do I get the refund?

I checked with the email address registered over the community and saw an active subscription to Acrobat Pro DC.

 

You can contact our support team to discuss the cancellation further. Please follow the link given below:

Contact Customer Care (adobe.com)

 

Once on the page, click on the lower right-hand side chat symbol to start the chat.

 A payment was taken out of my account through pay pal that I did not authorize and I want it refunded back to my account asap...

I looked into your account details with the email address registered on the community and could not find any active subscriptions on your account. 

 

Since you said you were charged, could you please share the screenshot of the receipt of the charge done so that we can investigate further.

我也無法退訂閱非常困擾

它並沒有顯示在我的訂閱項目內

可是我已經訂閱了一陣子

現在不需要用到 需要退出訂閱

卻無法 多扣了我幾個月的錢
