Save a Copy to OneDrive not working

New Here ,
Jul 19, 2024 Jul 19, 2024

When I try to save a copy of a PDF to OneDrive, regardless of whether it's already been uploaded to Adobe Cloud storage, it won't save and says there's an error in the saving process. I really need this to work. How can I get this process functioning properly? I use Android on a Motorola phone

well it seems this has been going on for a year now. I have the same issue saving from acrobat on my android phone to one drive.

"error saving this document "

I can save the same document to google drive but not one drive.

I can save the same file from my pc to one drive but not from my redmi pro 6 to one drive. It will let me save it to my downloads folder, where I then have to manually copy it accross to onedrive when connected to my PC. this issue seems to have been going on for at least a year. surely adobe can fix it.

For me it broke aroun 4-6 months back and since then I've not been able to save after highlighting / underlining the PDFs, I get the below error as shown in the screenshot.

I am a subscription / paid users and I don't see a value of continuing if this issue is not quickly fixed. Given that this has been broken both on iPhone and iPad I am considering cancelling my subscription.

Please give me an ETA by when this issue will be resolved.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Application and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the application to the latest version available on App/Play Store and reboot the device once.

Please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

Also, try to remove the Google Drive account from the Acrobat App and re-configure it and see if that works.  For self help and future reference please check the help page https://adobe.ly/44lXR7V

Let us know how it goes

Hi Amal

I'm not sure how to describe your work.

You just found this chat page?

Fresh grads from school?

Just started work in Adobe?

How many comments have you read in this topic?

If one comment isn't working, maybe it's a user problem.

10 comment isn't working, maybe it's the app that's hard to use.

More than 100s, you think we are so free to put a prank chat topic?

Those who commented here are working professionals. Do you think they don't know how to use the app? If you didn't notice, they are customers that pay your pay cheque.

GO to the first post and read, try it out yourself on:

iphone

ipad

android phone

android tablet

Don't tell us the result unless all devices are able to save PDF into One Drive & Google Drive

Hi @krsna24x7,

Thanks for writing in!

As correctly mentioned in the App Store review, the issue is still a work in progress.

We do not have any updates yet, since the team is working closely with Microsoft on this.

We will update the thread as soon as we hear back from them.

Your kind understanding and patience is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Souvik.

Cannot save to OneDrive from Mac, using Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70) and Acrobat Build: 25.1.20577.0

In my case I'm exporting to PNG. After having solved the riddle of what I needed to disable in the export settings in order for it not to think there was insufficient drive space, it now seems to be successfully exporting all of the pages as png's … only there are no files saved in the folder!

Saw on another thread I needed to uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and restart the app. Did that, but that didnt solve the problem.

Can save to my computer and then move the folder to OneDrive, but that's an annoying extra step that shouldnt be necessary!
