share icon not responding

Good morning, for a while now, when I open a PDF file from Adobe Reader on my phone (a Samsung Galaxy smartphone), I can no longer share the files, in the sense that the sharing icon (triangle with three dots) doesn't work. I tried uninstalling the application, reinstalling it, turning off the phone, but nothing... it doesn't work. I solved the problem by opening the files with other PDF readers, but I found it easier to open them from Adobe Acrobat What can I do to solve this issue? thanks

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

If you still experience the error, we have a new update that is live on the Google Play Store(24.12.2.36855). Would you mind updating the app and letting us know if it works better for you?

If the issue persists in the newer version, please share a screen recording video of the entire event, along with the Android OS version of your phone for further investigation.

Not working, same here. Latest Google Play Updates. Galaxy Tab S9+ FE. It occurs particularly when trying to share a .pdf email attachment after opening it. Both with Samsung Mail and Gmail, thus not emailed related. Funny it DOES work with some files, but not with others. One of the 'not working' examples is attached.

PS: Did a cross check using M365 as a PDF reader, after uninstall ING Acrobat and - bam - sharing works again. Strongly points to Acrobat bearing the problem..
