Signing" a PDF document on the tablet with a pseudo-signature that I can create with the pen on the Android tablet may be a nice toy - but it's miles away from a really practical use and verifiable (electronic) signature. 😕
How can I apply a qualified electronic signature to the tablet with the help of an X.509 certificate? Unfortunately, there is no longer a corresponding Adobe Reader version for LINUX. It seems to me that this Pro version is more of a prealpha light version, isn't it?

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to sign using a digital certificate.
To do so, you will need the Acrobat Sign app for mobile. If you are the form's creator, you can sign using digital certificates by adding numbers.
You may refer to the document for more: Sign with Digital Signatures — Adobe Acrobat Sign for Android.
Hope this helps.

Hey @S. S,
A question regarding this, I have the sign app and I cannot sign it with the certificate only the pen drawn signiature.
This is on an Android tablet with the Adobe app and Adobe sign app.
Is there something I am missing in the sign app even the apps help guide says how to do it but I do not have the certificate option.
Thanks in advanced for the help!

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
The availability of the option depends on the form field properties. If the form field requires a signature with a digital signature, you should see the option for the certificate else not.
Hope this clarifies your question.
