Stampa con Hp smart

Salve . Ho un telefono realme53. Possiedo una stampante HP 2700 deskjet. Uso la modalità di stampa wifi direct ( dati mobili del telefono, nn ho internet fibra )! Ogni qualvolta provo a stampare tramite l applicazione deficata di Hp smart , riesco a stampare solo le foto . I file in pdf nn li legge . È perché è un servizio premium ? Se è premium nn ha senso veramente...

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Printing is a service not provided by Acrobat but your device. The printer should show up when using the print workflow as this is completely independent of whether you are a paid user or a free user.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of what you see when trying to print PDFs? This would help us understand the exact situation for further investigation.

Also, the Android version of your device with the Acrobat app's version number would be really helpful.

Grazie mille della disponibilità. Appena riesco vi inoltro lo screenshot. Ho una deskjet ho 2700 . Metodo di stampa Wi-Fi direct , attraverso smartphone realme c53. App utilizzata HP smart . 

Quando entro in HP smart nn riesco ad accedere ai file PDF .

Accedendo alla app  HP smart , riesco a stampare foto ma nn documenti

Thanks for writing back!

This looks more like an issue with the HP Smart app than Acrobat. 

How a third-party app handles PDF files or displays them, cannot be controlled by Acrobat.

I suggest contacting HP support for further troubleshooting steps.
