Subscription Cancellation and Refund Message:

Hello,

I thought I had already canceled my subscription, but I just received a payment notification and realized that the cancellation didn’t go through.
I have now canceled the subscription, but could I please get a refund for the payment that has already been charged?

@Whimsical_artwork15B9 did you get a confirmation email from your third party vendor? After you submit your refund request, any follow-up emails regarding the refund status (approved or denied) will come from Apple or Google Play Support. Because the subscription was for a mobile app (on Android or iOS), your request for a refund must go through the platform where you purchased it (Apple or Google). Adobe cannot directly process the refund or cancellation for purchases made through a third-party store like Apple or Google. Both have their own refund policies (e.g., within 48 hours, or a short, specific window, depending on the reason)..
