Subscription does not work

Paid 69 for the whole year and paid for it on my iPad . I returned the iPad a couple months ago, and now I'm trying to access it and all I receive it "error" it failed, then I try to restore and that too failed . This is on my phone and so is it different

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with using your subscription features.

 

Please try the below steps and check if it works:

1. Log out from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the application with the same credentials.
