Subscription Issue?

I just resubscribed but when to go to print something from my iPhone it's asking me to subscribe again.  Any ideas? How can I contact Adobe?

You can use the free Acrobat Reader mobile app to view, read, highlight, and print PDF files.

 

Since you're seeing a message asking you to subscribe, could you let us know the exact steps you're following to print the file? The popup usually appears when someone tries to use a paid feature by mistake.

 

Also, please make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Try updating it from the App Store or Play Store and restart your device to see if that helps.

We have very limited access when it comes to managing subscriptions bought from the Apple Store.

In this situation, Apple would be in the best position to assist you.

I dont really need this on my phone. I use my PC more ofter and work on that, not my phone. Is this app only for my phone? If so, how do I change it so I can use the service on my PC instead.

Good morning, thank you for the information. My concern is the money I paid for it. I dont have a problem canceling, my problem is getting a refund so that I can use the money for the correct product. How do I accomplish that?
