Subscription not working

I purchased Adobe premium for my iPhone today. It allowed me to edit document. Once I saved & went back to document it wouldn't allow me to edit. Promted me to purchase subscription (which I already have). I uninstalled & reinstalled the app now my document is gone and it's still prompting me to purchase subscription. I also tried to restore purchase and it just gives me an error message, picture attached.
