Need help to resolve this issue and it doesn't specify which account is linked. I tried all my emails. Funny thing is that if I bought the subscription on my Apple ID then how can it be a different account . Need help and guidance please

Hi @tushar28363815p38e,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

I checked your email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.

Let me know if this help.

Thanks,

Souvik.

I am using the paid version of Adobe but whenever I try to use the service it asks me to avail 7 days free version despite the fact that I was logged in with my same profile linked with Adobe services. please advise

Hi @Dannycakes,

Thanks for writing in!

From the screenshot, I see two different subscripitons on the page. Are you subscribed to Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Premium?

If yes, you should be able to use the editing features on your app. If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of what happens when you try to use the premium features on the app for better understanding and assistance.

Hi @brachyn3567494125iz,

If you have the subscription active and working on your Mac, I suggest checking the Adobe ID you are using on your mobile device.

From the description, it looks like you are using a different ID to log in to the application, which is preventing your usage of the features.

Let me know if this works.
