Dear Adobe Staff,

I hope you can help me.

I already talked to the Custumer Service of Adobe Austria and they adviced me to delete the app and download it again. Unfortunately, that didnt help.

I am using the AdobeReader on a Android Samsung S3 Tablet.

When I draw a note in the lowest quarter of a page, that note would disappear as soon as I exit the text field.

I can open the comments list and tap at the comment, then it will appear where it should be on my document. However, the text is gone again when I select another comment or exit the comment overview.

Please let me know if Screenshots are needed.

Is it possible to add a new page to documents on the Tablet? That would be great.

Hi Benni,

I  moved this from Acrobat Reader to Acrobat Reader for Android phones and tablets where you should get a better answer.

Also, this is a user forum with some interaction from staff. Adobe staff will have a red STAFF badge.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have mentioned above, when you exit the text field, the note added get disappear.

Is this issue occurs with a particular PDF or with all?

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot and a sample file on which the issue occurs.

As it is not possible to attach the file here in the forum reply, please use the steps provided below to share the screenshots:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

To share a sample file, use the steps provided in this help link How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Also, let us know the Adobe Acrobat Reader and Android version installed on your device.

We will be waiting for your response.

Please update the thread if the issue is resolved.

This issue has been reported to the team, and a bug is logged. This will be fixed in the upcoming updates.

I am not able to see the video of the drawing. However, the issue is reported to the engineering team, and a bug is logged. 

 

We will fix this in the upcoming updates.

Still, if you could share the video again, it would be of great help.

It looks like you are trying to share the attachment through email, due to which I cannot receive it.

 

You can revert by using the community reply option and click on the attachment link to attach the video or upload the file to the Document Cloud and generate the link to share here.

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using (go to Profile-> About Acrobat)

2. The Android version your tablet is running;

3. A sample file on which you experienced the issue;

@Madelen294909343qxc I cannot see the files you might have shared using Email.

 

Would you mind replying by logging on to the platform and then attaching them? The mechanism deletes any attachments if sent through any other methods.
