Trouble restoring purchase

I'm trying to Edit a PDF file but Adobe is telling me I need to buy the subscription. I'm already subscribed so when I click on buy it says you already have a subscription and tries to direct me to my settings. Then I go to restore purchase and an error message pops up. Please help I've been having trouble with this for the past month.

I'm also already signed into my Apple ID. The purchase still won't restore
