Trying to upload a pdf but it’s password protected

Trying to upload a document for the bank and it keeps saying that it can't upload as it's password protected. I can't seem to remove it and face losing my house if I can't sort this out...any help? I'm using acrobat on my iPhone

Who protected the document with a password... you or the bank?

 

What type of form is this and where did you downloaded it from?

 

Also, how is this related to you losing your house? In any case you need to contact your bank immediately and complain to them loud and clear. The least they can do is allow you to fill it out by hand , scan a copy and fax it to them.
