Hi
I took the free trial for the premium service of Adobe Acrobat on 29th October , but it did not meet my requirements hence I decided to cancel it . Therefore I cancelled it within three days as it was clearly mentioned during the purchase that if I cancel my subscription within the free trial period there won't be any charges applicable but yet I was charged the total amount of INR 2600 from my account on the 5th November despite of cancelling it.
Please I would like to request for the refund .

Hi @aastha5E26
As you have cancelled the subscription still got charged, you can request a refund. A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase.
For refund refer to: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html#cancel
Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to:

For IOS

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the billing cycle.
Would you mind checking if you have opted in for the annual paid package or the monthly paid subscription plan?
If you have the yearly paid subscription, please share the screenshots of the error you get for us to investigate and assist you better.

Hi
I would like to inform that while I cancelled my premium subscription within the free trial period yet the total amount for the annual subscription of Adobe Acrobat Reader premium , was deducted from my account . Although I cancelled before the trial period ended , the transaction was carried out.
And even after being fully charged for the annual subscription , in the app , it shows no active subscription and I'm unable to use it. Please I would like to request for the refund . And please look into it asap.
Thank you

I think that you are right! "Free" is how they are luring people in. It's not free if they charge you during the time frame of a free trial. This is misdirection and they should be called out on their lie. They told me that since I got the monthly subscription; even though it stated that my card wouldn't be charged DURING the free trial period, I didn't qualify for the free trial. That isn't what it said when I signed up for it. They are conning people into signing up and then giving them a link to questions in this community, like how I found yours, to ask for a refund that they never intended on issuing. Even if they do eventually refund your money, they took it during a "Free Trial"! It's a bait and switch any way you slice it. This needs to stop!
