I'm in the same problem on Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows. I'm from China, so I used a VPN, used another email address and chose the US to register for a new Adobe ID. When I used the new ID, the problem persisted. Any help will be great!

As you are not able to sign in on Document Cloud, please make sure that you are using the right email address and the password.

Can you share the Adobe ID in a private message that you use to sign in?

To initiate the private message, hover your cursor on my profile name or the picture. You will get a small window with the message tab at the bottom.

Click on Message tab and type in the text to send it.

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to sign-in in Document Cloud?

Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the exact message you get.

Are you on a desktop or you using a mobile application?

Please let us know the information asked above.
