Dear all,

I need support to download on IPad a pdf program from my bank

this is the link

if I click on telegraphic transfer form, I just receive a message that my adobe is not updated.

Any clue on how to sort it out?

Sorry for your experience with launching Acrobat Reader.

 

Adding to the questions above, are you using an office system to run the application? If yes, you might want to check if all the necessary permissions are allowed by your IT admin to operate with the application.
