My iPhone recently updated to the most recent version of reader 22.03.00 (20220315.164653). Since then, I have been unable to save documents to the cloud from my iPhone, which I was able to do previously. I recently also updated iOS to 15.4 (19E241) and I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I tried signing out and back into acrobat reader, but that didn't solve the issue.
Error says: Unable to save document to cloud. Scoot has been saved to your device.
Thanks

Hi @JojoS28
As you have the latest version of the application, kindly uninstall the app and reinstall it from the apple store and check if that helps.
Note- Make sure you take a backup of the documents on the local storage.
Also, log in to https://acrobat.adobe.com from a browser and check if you can upload or download the documents from there.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi @Harsh Vardhan Pareek @JojoS28
I have same problem.
I thought adobe stuff should know about it .
Im thinking that it could be new policy of adobe to make people install "adobe creative cloud" App by limiting access to it's cloud service.
I expend lots of time with adobe online customer service chat but they didn't help.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with uploading files to Acrobat Cloud Storage.
The screenshots you shared are design behavior for Acrobat Cloud Storage.
To upload a file to Acrobat Cloud Storage, you will need to do so using the Acrobat Reader Mobile application. You can either open the file / see the right of the file name -> click the three dots, -> Upload to Acrobat Cloud Storage (screenshot attached)
Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi
That "design behaviour" that you are talking about has recently happened(about 1 year or 2 maybe) and before I could save file to adobe cloud directly.
The "design behaviour" that you talking about (if you are right and there is not solution for it) is very awkward, weird and disappointing as it taking away from consumers a very useful service.
Again
it wasn't like this before and I'm still thinking there should be a solution for it .
I already knew how to save pdf files to adobe cloud through the reader app and I expect an adobe employee to go back , do some homework and research and back to us with a better solution or if there is not then leave a comprehensive feedback to his employer about consumers feeling related to this awful change in their product which you call " DESIGN BEHAVIOUR "
thanks for your time .
