I tried using Acrobat to read a PDF of my textbook (325 ish mb). Everytime I highlight text and close the app, I get an error saying that the file wasn't able to be saved and a new recovery file has been saved.(see image) This takes up aot of space and my iPad, being a 16 GB one doesn't have much space left.
What do I do?

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response and the experience you had with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Thank you for sharing the screenshots. Through the same, it looks like there is a permissions issue with file access on the iPad due to which the application is unable to over-write the file.
You may want to go to settings app on your iPad and check if appropriate permissions are provided to Acrobat Reader Mobiel for file access so that it can write the files without any issues.
Let me know if it helps.
Thanks,
Souvik.

hi defaulttaoiat9kctnlo,
Thanks for contacting us. If you opened the PDF from Acrobat cloud storage (previously named Document Cloud), your issue may be possibly related to your account storage is reaching to the quota. Would you please check the Acrobat cloud storage information on the Acrobat account online.
1. Sign in to https://acrobat.adobe.com
2. Choose "Documents" tab at the top
3. Check the total and used storage information at the bottom left corner of the screen.
If your storage is almost full, please try to delete some of your files that you may not needed in your Acrobat account in order to save any changes to the PDF.
Hope this helps.
