I recently completed my GED and received emails on how to download the etranscripts and ediploma. The download came with a page describing that there should be a blue ribbon on it to verify it is an official document and I do not see it anywhere can someone please help me understand why or tell me if there's a way to fix this issue. Is it a visual error? Thank you.

Hi @Drg421,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
From the above description, it sounds like the application cannot validate the signature on the file and, thus, not showing the ribbon.
Can you try on the desktop version of Acrobat Reader, validate the signature, and then view the file?
You can try the steps here: Validating digital signatures, Adobe Acrobat.
Hope this helps.

I'm encountering this issue specifically in the mobile app (iOS). The blue ribbon is perfectly visible on the desktop but I cannot see it on my phone. Is this functionality not part of the mobile app?

Hi @Dan27675618bqtj,
Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the message you are referring to? A screenshot of the desktop version versus what you see on mobile would be great to understand and investigate further.
Look forward to hearing from you.
