Unauthorized charges

Hi good day, im still trying to hold my emotions and still be patient about this charges that you been done.Can someone explain to me why I was been charged 266.99aed for the subscription that i already canceled or Unsubscribe before the 7adys free of trial that you been stated before i made the subscription!? And do you think it was fare to take this amount of money that already consederd 1year payments.!!!
