From the screenshot, it looks like an access issue with the shared files.
Would you mind removing the OneDrive Account and check again? To do so, go to the files tab-> click on edit on the top right-> click the "minus" sign to the left of OneDrive to remove it.
Once done, login again and check if you are able to access the file. If not, I suggest checking the native OneDrive app and see if the file is accessible there. Acrobat Mobile uses the OneDrive connector to view the files and has no control on how shared files behave.
