Hello, I accepted the 7-day free trial on the evening of April 8th and they told me that I could see this subscription in the Google Play Store. However, although my Google account in the Google Play Store and my Google account in Adobe are the same, it says that no such subscription was found in the Google Play Store. Subscriptions purchased through the Play Store and App Store need self-cancellation.

We do not have the option to make changes from our end.

I suggest trying out the links above to proceed with the cancellation.

My subscription ended in October and since then you have been sending me messages to pay or the account will be deleted. I have tried umpteen times to delete the account to no avail. Frankly I cannot afford to continue the subscription and I have rarely used the software so all I need is the acrobat reader and I will be quite happy. Please cancel the account.
