The combine pdf feature on acrobat iPad version with premium subscription stopped working. Need this to compile kids homework. I signed out and back in. I deleted app and re-installed. I even re-created the individual files; however i am still unable to combine.

I also have Adobe for iPad, and the combine feature is not working. Like Nrosario, I signed out/in, deleted the app and reinstalled, and turned my iPad off/on. When I try to combine files, I get an error message "Cannot convert your file." This feature was working for me until a week or so ago.

Hi Rai,

I thought I had fixed the problem, but I’m still getting a “Cannot convert your file” error when I try to combine two pdf files.

- My device: Apple iPad Pro, 12.9-inch, 3rd generation
- Software version: 14.6
- Application version: Adobe Acrobat version 21.05.00 (20210519.165138)
- I am connected to the internet

Screenshot showing error is attached.

Thanks for your help!
