Open PDF from SharePoint Online. The filename directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.

Hello everyone,

 

When you try to open a PDF with desktop app in SharePoint Online > "Open in Adobe Document Cloud" > "https://documentcloud.adobe.com/spodintegration"   > "Open in Desktop App"

 

Error 

The filename directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect.

 

 

How to solve this error?

Please let us know if you get the error with every file you try to open from Sharepoint.

Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow that results in the error message?
