Accounts shared with me.

We have a couple of people who have shared their accounts with me. These people no longer have access to Adobe Sign and left our department, however they show up on my list of those accounts I can access.

 

Is there any way to remove them from my list or do I need to contact my account admin?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

You can unshare the account from your end. In your Acrobat Sign account, go to Account > Profile > View other accounts. Then select the account you wish to remove, and then select the "cancel share" option at the top of the list. Hi,

 

I opened my Adobe Sign account and looked at my profile. I don't have an option to "View Other accounts." I went to Sharing Status and clicked on the "Shared with Me" and I don't have any option to delete the account. We don't have any admin access.
