Adobe Sign - File Upload File When Requesting e-Signature

Hello Everyone,

When I request e-Signature in Adobe Sign to someone it shows an error saying "File upload failed. I've tried reinstalling, deleting the account and readding it with the license. Still nothing. I'm not sure how to go about this and I've been trying since yesterday. Any help?

Are you still experiencing the same issue? We have checked the account, and it shows as active.

If yes, try signing out and then signing in. Then send the document again.

If the issue still occurs, try using any other sample or test file. Check if you get an error with that file.
