After a year web site shows another person and another date

A year ago US firm presented me a document to sign through echosign.com (Adobe Sign). I signed, they signed, ok. It was March 28, 2019

Now, my firm is under audit and auditors ask me why if they click on signs website shows that it is some random strange name (Nikolay Rerikh - it's in fact famous russian painter of beginning of XX century) and date is March 3, 2017.
