first, sorry for my english, i'm french

i send a copy to be sign but when i go in my account and try to click on the document i see that message

Cannot read property 'get' of undefined

the person received it but on my side i can't open it to view the document.

normaly, i was on the phone with my client and it was possible for me to view what i sended to him but now i can't.... why ? thank you

It could be a temporary problem with the Adobe Sign system. Does this happen with one document or all documents? If all documents would log out and try again later. If it persists, you can either get in touch with your account rep or see if something was updated on your system.

If it is only one document, I would generally recommend deleting/hiding and resending.
