I cannot find anywhere to change the name displayed when I send an agreement. My name is correct in the profile, however when I send a document for signature it has a typo. It displays CUrtice instead of Curtice. Any ideas how to change this??
I would just like to say a big thank you. I was having the sames issue and followed the above instructions and got the problem fixed. Thank you!

Hi curticeb49323855,
I see that there is an active Adobe Sign Individual account.
Please follow the below steps carefully to edit the Name on the Adobe Account so that it gets reflected in the Adobe Sign account.
1) Copy Paste the below link in Google Chrome Incognito window:
2) Sign In using your Adobe ID & password.
3) Click on "Manage Account", Sign In again using your Adobe ID agian.
4) Under "Account" click on "Edit" to change the Account holders name. Clear Account holders name and re-type it.
5) Once done please Save and logout from the Adobe account.
Now login at https://documents.adobe.com/ with your Adobe ID & click on "Send for Signature" link at the top. Changes will get reflected.

I had already done that but I did it again. All appears correct in the account but the name remains with incorrect capitalization. Any other ideas?

Just as another clue, the erroneous capitalization appears under “my profile” in adobe sign. When I try to edit I cannot access the name fields
