When I log into Adobe Esign and go to manage, I want to view in classic view. I do NOT like the enhanced. Prevoiusly, I could change it back but that option is no longer there. Please contact me to assist.

Adobe Sign has deprecated the classic manage page in 2022 as we are no longer actively developing on the classic manage page.  We've taken feedback on some of the critical usability issues and have implemented them in the January 19 release. See the January 2022 for more details on added features: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/release-notes/adobe-sign.html. We're committed to continuing to improve the experience for our users on the new manage page.

I'm not a fan - you can only drag fields, not move them in small steps. And why is the Title field hidden? I tried having it add fields, and it did that well, except it added the fields for the business signer in BOTH signature blocks. Sigh. My least favorite part of the job made even less fun...

Can we please have the classic option back? It was far more usable.

Hi Lynda34139854z3pz,

Thank you for reaching out.

When you use Acrobat Sign, you can switch to the classic version on the Send/ Home page at the top right.

Also, please ensure the following option is enabled in the Admin account. If you are not the admin, please get in touch with the admin to make the changes.

  • Allow users to switch between the new Home experience and the classic Home experience.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

I'm not seeing the option for classic version in the Send/Home page. This is what I see:

I've clicked in Settings and it's all related to MY signature preferences. Can you give some more guidance?

Thanks, Lynda

What ever version you've released now locks up and I've wasted an hour trying to sent out a document for sigature.
This is ridiculous.

I wholeheartedly agree.  I cannot stand the new enhanced.  I waste more time looking for the correct tool than I do working on my project.  NOT intuitive.

Totally agree...the enhanced version is a waste of space....

Hi

When you log in, on the top right-hand side you should be able to see an option 'Switch To classic view'.
If you are not able to view it then do the following
1. Go to Accounts Tab. (You can search 'Classic View' in the search box also.
2. Go to Global Settings -->In that scroll down to  'New manage Experience' and  'New Home Experience' and select both the checkboxes.
