Create a PDF form from a Word document with header and footer

The problem which I don't know to solve in a PDF form is : creating the fields with the same content on each page when these fields are located on header / footer.

Can I introduce say text or date on the first page header/footer, and this content to be taken to all pages of the pdf document (as in Word - Newsgroup_Userheader / footer).

Please help me.

Hello Gstroe,

I would recommend to use text tags which you can add in Header & Footer of the Word file. Lets say, you want to have date shown in all Footers, then you can use text tags as :  {{D1_es_:signer1:date}}. It will automatically populate the date on all the places where this tag is written.
